In this workshop, Nami and Fumiha come together to hold space to strengthen our inner visions and to deepen our connections to our spirit dragons. We will talk about planetary alignments of the fall and the rest of the year, and meet our local plant guide for this season, Goldenrod, Solidago canadensis spp.
Goldenrod is a plant that supports us to ride through transitions, and with the light of Goldenrod within, we will explore the deeper state of consciousness through breath, somatic experience and sound journey. Breath is the conduit of life and consciousness.
Many cultures utilized breath as a way to heal and to connect with the deeper understanding Self. During this gathering, you will be guided to use the breath for release and cleansing to prepare the fertile soil within. Breathwork is a somatic modality that can help us access and process feelings, memories, energies that are stored in our bodies while also achieving spiritual expansion.
Let’s ride the back of our dragons and move through this potent portal for radical transformation.
